A festive scene, where I really tried to capture the magical glow. For me when a tree is lit up, you feel like there really is magic around, as a child you look up to them in awe, and as an adult you look into those lights as a sign of hope, promise and miracles.  Since painting this, its meaning to me has grown more and has become even more special.
